This restaurant effortlessly marries the warmth of American comfort food with a contemporary twist, making it a delightful spot for casual dinners, celebratory feasts, or just a cozy meal after a long day.

The menu at Third Street Social offers a blend of classic American dishes that will tantalize your taste buds. Among the standout favorites is the Chicken Pot Pie, featuring white wine-braised chicken enveloped in a flaky house pastry—comfort food at its finest for just $23.00. For seafood lovers, the Grilled Salmon is not to be missed, grilled to perfection and complemented by creamy mashed Yukon gold potatoes and grilled asparagus for only $24.15. If you're craving something fried, indulge in the Mississippi Catfish, served with sweet potato fries and a zesty remoulade sauce at $24.15. Don't overlook the Fried Chicken, which is a hearty half chicken accompanied by your choice of side for a mere $28.75.

The atmosphere inside Third Street Social pulsates with energy, making it a popular gathering spot. However, prepare yourself for a lively dining experience; some visitors have noted the bustling environment can be quite loud, which may interfere with conversations and your enjoyment of the meal. As many reviews mentioned, making a reservation ahead of time ensures that you secure a spot and minimizes wait times.

In addition to the delectable main courses, the restaurant offers a selection of tempting desserts that are perfect for a sweet ending. The Key Lime Pie or the decadent Phyllo Brownie for $13.80 are excellent choices to satisfy that post-meal sweetness.

Customer experiences speak volumes about the quality you'll find here. Gary S. had a mixed experience but highlighted quick seating, noting the dim lighting at his table. Kelli Wheeles appreciated the food's flavors but wished for more attentive service once the meal arrived. Fortunately, Randall Yeates celebrated a birthday with a terrific meal and excellent service, while Jim William and his colleagues enjoyed a business dinner that scored highly on both food and ambience.

Local favorites include the unique Korean Steak Tacos, which have won the hearts of many, thanks to their bulgogi-marinated steak, fresh veggies, and jasmine rice. It's no wonder that many guests like Montira Clippard found themselves on the edge of their seats, awaiting the next flavor sensation.

At Third Street Social, the ambiance, diverse menu, and commitment to satisfying your craving for American cuisine make it an experience you won’t want to miss. So gather your friends or family, make your reservation, and prepare for a culinary adventure that promises flavor, fun, and fantastic food!

Friends said Third Street Social in Lee’s Summit was a good place to eat, our experience was not so good. Had reservations for 5:30 on a Friday and we were seated quickly. Immediately noticed that the light at our table was so dim you could barely read the menu. Waited nearly 15 minutes to get a drink order and it was hard to hear the waitress because it was so VERY loud inside the restaurant. It was difficult for the three at our table to have a conversation. I ordered the fried half chicken ($25) with one side (grilled broccoli) and my wife got the stuffed salmon ($36). My broccoli was burnt so bad it tasted like ashes, ironically it was cold. The fried chicken had a good flavor but was very overcooked, dry and though to chew. My wife said the stuffed salmon was “so so”. Wasn’t bad but not the best. We ordered some braised pork belly burnt ends as an appetizer ($16), that was very good but a very small portion. Five very small bites. The prices are very high for what you are served and for what you pay the preparation and taste was not that good. Pretty disappointing for the amount of money we spent.

The food was delicious. It’s pretty noisy and if you go it’s best to make reservations. Service could have been better. Once our food came out we never saw our server again. No refills on the drinks and no extra napkins for our granddaughter. Again the food is amazing, I just prefer more attentive service.

Went to celebrate a birthday. Food and service were excellent. Wife is Gluten-free and they were able to accommodate her.

I tried Third Street Social in Lee's Summit yesterday. So many great options, so little room. We did cover the table with different things to try. Deviled Eggs, Pork Belly Burnt Ends, Blackened Shrimp Street Tacos, and Stacked Pastrami Sandwiches. Our server Sadie was very nice and patient.

Seven of us visited Third Street Social for a business dinner on April 3, 25. All of us from out of town enjoyed the best friendly, quality service. The tasty appetizers and entrees were delicious and served hot. The drinks were perfectly made. The restaurant is in a safe and well-lit area. The clean and contemporary atmosphere complimented our visit. We are already planning our return visit.

I ordered the fries and Korean Steak Tacos from the Happy Hour. The fries were crispy, had good flavor, and garlic aioli sauce paired perfectly with them. This was definitely the star of the show for me. The Korean Steak Taco was good. The steak was slightly juicy and it had good flavor. I also ordered a drink from the happy hour menu and it was also good. Overall, I would say this was a good experience and the service was good as well. I definitely plan on coming back here whenever I’m in the area.

We got the biscuits, salmon, Korean tacos, raspberry cheesecake dessert, and to drink a bourbon bramble. Everything we ate/ drank was decadent and the service was great and friendly! Parking was great as well. GET THE BISCUITS!!! Update: I have since had the Hawaiian ribeye and my life is changed. I kept waiting for the flavor to be less or for it to be cold and then less flavorful and therefore GET to where I was less excited for each bite… that never happened… it was the best steak I’ve had ever. If you’re not making steak like that you’re wrong.

Was I ever HUNGRY when I stepped into Third Street Social. But little did I know, I was about to experience a taste sensation that would… From the moment I laid eyes on the menu, I was intrigued by the Korean Steak Tacos. Bulgogi-marinated steak, jasmine rice, and a medley of fresh veggies - how could I resist? As the server placed that first taco in front of me, the aroma alone had my mouth watering. But would the flavors live up to the enticing description? I took a tentative first bite, fully expecting an average taco experience. Boy, was I in for a surprise. The moment that perfect blend of savory, sweet, and spicy hit my taste buds, I was transported to south Korea of culinary delight. I quickly devoured the rest, already craving the rest of Third Street Social's inspired menu. If you're a foodie looking to expand your palate and discover new flavor sensations, Third Street Social is a wonderful option. My only regret is the noise level—too loud—not great for elderly parents with hearing impaired.
